Recently purchased a pair of Remonte Tex shoes from Rieker. Thought I was being really extra agent as they were£65. They are the most uncomfortable shoes I have had. I complained at the shop and they asked if I had removed the soles which they did and put a loose one in. It is like walking on a bed of marbles. I am persevering as I do not want a credit note. Will not buy again!
