I bought a pair in Ontario , Canada to take travelling in Germany ( lots of walking ) On the 3rd day, the zipper pull fell off completely & we could not find it - I could not wear the boot at all . Since I also could not find a shoe repair I had to buy another expensive pair ( this time I chose Nelson )
