Paid for the most expensive 3-7 day delivery. It took over two weeks by which time I'd got a replacement from elsewhere. Complained and asked for refund. Got no reply. So I'm over £50 out of pocket (29 quid for p and p!) for a product I now have sourced elsewhere.
