Ordered my parts the same time I ordered parts from another supplier here in the U.S. (150 miles away) I received my order from Rimmer Brothers before the other U.S. based supplier even processed my order. Excellent product, and fast shipping....

Paid for the most expensive 3-7 day delivery. It took over two weeks by which time I'd got a replacement from elsewhere. Complained and asked for refund. Got no reply. So I'm over £50 out of pocket (29 quid for p and p!) for a product I now have sourced elsewhere. Appalling customer service and dishonest delivery policy

Brilliant service. Placed an order of parts that I knew was backordered. Website was regularly updated with delivery due dates. In the end I had to cancel the order because it kept getting delayed ... but they were quick to reply to emails and sorted everything quickly.

Inadequate product description misleads customers to order products that do not fit their vehicle. Unreasonable return policies. They accept no responsibility for not providing adequate information for customers. This is tantamount to theft. Terrible company, look forward to their demise.

I ordered a repair kit for the fuel pump on my series 3 Land Rover. 8 days later it still hadn’t arrived so I contacted customer service. They invited me to wait another week for it to arrive, how kind! No thank you very much. A proper company would get another one sent out straight away and ask that the first one be returned if it arrived.

I spent a lot of money with this company but it did not make a shred of difference with their customer service. Having spent a lot of money on a new stainless steel exhaust for a TR3a, when it arrived it was noted that the original starter motor would not refit due to the different manifold. Hence I had to purchase a new starter motor. The supplied exhaust did not fit and had to be bent to shape, a further unforeseen cost. You would think that the company would possess this knowledge. Having bought the new starter motor it took over a week to arrive despite promises of next day delivery. Attempts to contact their customer service department were without success. Either the phone was answered and hung up straight away, or calls went unanswered. Promises of responses to calls, e mails never materialised and I had to chase constantly. Considering a spend with Rimmer of nearly £4000, for all the mis fitting, late parts and inconvenience I was offered a £50 gift voucher which I thought was an insult. Having an old car means that parts will always be required, however I shall not be using this company in the future.

Stay away from this supplier while they use UPS courier. Ordered parts and waited over 2 weeks . UPS lied on their tracking claiming to have attempted delivery When I queried was told I had to pay additional charges 50% of which were handling for paying Vat and given no explanation as to why they lied on their tracking service. Contacted Rimmer bros customer service made feel that it was my fault that Brexit occurred and told I would now face additional charges for returning the goods even though I never received them. The service from Rimmer bros is poor but the service from UPS is even worse... There are lots of other land rover part suppliers and courier companies pick wisely

They sold me the wrong part for my vehicle and they did not have the correct part. Then they tried to say it was my fault. They refuse to provide the proper refund amount since they made the mistake, which they also refuse to admit they are wrong. Customer service person (Emily) was no help at all. And I had to pay twice what I paid for the parts to ship them back. They are terrible, the worst company I have ever dealt with. If they can't afford to do business over here, and treat the customer right, then they should not and stick to England.

I ordered a gearbox overhaul kit, first it needed ten days to be shipped, when i received it two parts were missing in the kit, they agree to send back one but they don t admit there mistake for the second one ... sad

I ordered a roof rack from their website There’s a detailed picture and there’s also a detail dialogue stating what I ordered on their website they sent me a parts kit with no red bars days later he’s 36 inch requires a ride but from the company that I ordered from Vanleigh, 55 inches and 62 I do not work for my car but they sent me is rated for 100 pounds what I paid for is rated for 220 pounds they will not refund my $208 I already had to read purchase this item off another company that sent me the right item but they will not refund my money they are criminal. Rimmer brothers will rip you off and not refund your money and if you read all the reviews everyone states the same thing they are criminal

I spent a lot of money with Rimmer's over last 5 years. I asked for a refund/credit on incorrect item supplied. They stated it was my fault, policy is not to offer refunds on online purchases. Customer service was blunt and arrogant. I have never completed a customer survey over the years, are they scared. No wonder they are in financial trouble. I will only now use R as last resort. Get real R, we are in the the 2020's, value your customers.

ordered a trailer wiring harness for a 2010 RR Sport. I checked with Rimmer Bros. first with my vin to make sure it was the correct one. They assured me it was. I ordered it, received it, disassembled the entire rear of my truck, interior, tailights, rear bumper, only to find it was the wrong part. I contacted them via email, and still have no response.

I recently Purchased a "OEM Starter Motor" from Rimmer Brothers for my P38 Range Rover. When it arrived the unit itself was clearly marked "remanufactured in Poland" I contaced Rimmer Brothers regarding this and they told me that "remanufactured" actually meant new! that it was a new part manufactured to OEM spec by a third party. The unit was a Valeo so I checked on there web site where it clearly states that their remanufactured starter motors are based on used units that they overhaul. Rimmer Brothers still refused to agree that they had supplied me an actual "Remanufacured Part" insisting it was "New" even though I did not ask for a refund (although i would not have bought the part had it been marketed as remanufactured), only that they should clarify the descriptions on their web site and admit they had misrepresented the product. So Beware Rimmer Brothers are clearly not afraid of mssrepresentation in order to get your business. This is a shame as I have had 10 years of pretty good service from them. Never again!!
