We called into Rimmers Music store in Liverpool with the idea of looking at some guitars, with absolutely no idea what to look for other than some recommendations from my son's music teacher we talked to the member of staff, he confirmed that what I was advised to look at was a great guitar an Epiphone Les Paul Studio, also another customer who played guitar in a band was buying an Epiphone and said he swore by them and that was that we bought it and also a Katana 50 MK2 amp which is an absolute bargain at the price it is, also the Epiphone hard foam case is amazing super light very strong and great quality, all in all I'm very impressed with my products and the staff so much so I have just bought my son a Blue Yamaha Pacifica 112V which he loves also both pictured below
