I recently bought the Nord Grand 2 from Rimmers music, who I'd highly recommend! They offered a substantially competitive price compared with any other retailer & were very helpful over the phone when paying, as they split the bill, so that I could pay from two seperate accounts, which saved me having to go to two banks. They were also able to arrange a delivery day when I had a day off work, so I could oversee the instrument being delivered. The only problem I had was an unusual one, as my flat is down an alley way, behind a shop. My concerns were getting the fairly heavy box all the way to the front door. Although myself & Rimmers did everything possible to convey this to the delivery company, unfortunatly, the delivery man insisted he was only insured to deliver to the outside gate. If I'd known this was going to be a problem, I could have made other arrangements, as it was too heavy & awkward shaped for me, especially considering having a heart condition. The Nord Grand 2 is a really great instrument! Initially, I thought the original Nord Grand would be fine for me, but having had the Piano a couple of weeks, I consider, even though it was more expensive, that it was better value for money. I could talk about it all day, but summing up... the keyboard action & sound quality are excellent! Plus the extra features make it so versitile, it really is a total dream! Overall, I'm extreemly happy with Rimmers & I will buy from them again if & when the Nord Electro 7 is released. Thankyou Rimmers! All the best for the future!
