Excellent price and delivery time... BUT(!!) the instrument was shipped in JUST the product carton - NO EXTERNAL, PROTECTIVE, SHIPPING CARTON. ALL YOUR MAJOR COMPETITORS SHIP IN AN EXTERNAL SHIPPING - Benefits being:-
1) TO THE CUSTOMER - MORE LIKELY to receive an un damaged instrument.
2) TO THE SUPPLIER (i.e. Ritters! - LESS LIKELY to get a damaged item returned, with all the accompanying, and costly, administrative and logistical problems that will arise.
