Their customer service & cancellation policy is a joke....I was actually going to move forward with trying it out for a few months until I was left of hold twice, for over 30 minutes, then disconnected. AFter 5 days, I finally got a call back, with an email confirmation of cancellation. The next day they STILL billed me. Instead of staying on permahold, I decided to just dispute the charge with by credit card company. BE VERY WARY OF COMPANIES THAT MAKE YOU JUMP THROUGH SEVERAL HOOPS TO CANCEL>>>
