We called into Rinaldos to discuss a coffee machine we were proposing to buy. We were given detailed information and all our questions were answered. We picked the machine up in person a few days later.
The handover was excellent, with some tuition in a light-hearted, informative way. Not only did we learn about the machine but about Rinaldos roasting and helping us to choose a coffee to our taste.
All of the staff have been welcoming and friendly making you feel like an old friend returning. Most importantly the coffee is good
