“A jewel of a small company, passionate about all things tea and coffee. Their Keemun and golden yunnan teas are incomparable compared with the many other teas I've drunk over the years. Highest quality teas which are a delight to drink no matter how long they've been brewing in the pot; they don't "stew".”

“Very nice half caff coffee bought at Tebay Services. Ordered some more online and it arrived next day by post! Can't better that. I'm going to have to get the grinder out because I got over excited ordering and forgot to alter the default "whole bean" choice button, but that's on me. It was the first time I'd seen half caff which interested me as I need to restrict my caffeine intake as it doesn't interact well with some medication.”

Oh this is so lovely to hear and we're so happy to hear you found us through Tebay. If you ever need any help on the grind sizes you can always call us up and we can help find the perfect grind size for you. Our half caff is a blend of our 2 star award winning decaf and our house colombia which is also superb. A few of us at work are caffeine sensitive after a certain time in the day so this suits us too! If you're ever in the area, pop in for a look around the roastery. Oh no Charles. That's dissappointing. What is it you didn't like about the latest batch? We roast it consistently and we have the same decaf. Are you drinking it the same way each time?
