Service was excellent as usual. The one thing I hesitated to buy was the ECM shot mirror. It's been the surprise of my purchase. Even when not using a naked portafilter I like having the mirror as it makes cleaning the shower screen easier. It's a beautifully designed and manufactured item. If you're thinking about getting the mirror, I'd say go for it.
