I have exactly the same bad experience with the merch store.
The items are not shipped or take months to get shipped.
The support team does not reply to any inquiries about the order.
The tracking code that they might eventually sent does not work.
I received a tracking number 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived and the code is not working.
Everything feels like a big scam and it's like you get ghosted.
Don't buy from them or risk not receiving anything or waiting for a very long time.
