At first they hadn’t even despatched my order after weeks! then I was given a tracking number that isn’t recognised. BorgQueen was the last person that replied to my email saying they would get back to me? Needless to say they haven’t!
If I hadn’t ordered from them before I would have thought they were just a sham, in this instance however, it’s clearly very bad customer service.
