In the past ordered a kayn figure that included an in game icon that had to be selected (it did not automatically select it) and I messaged support to see if I could get the icon because i had proof I bought it but they said they wouldn’t do anything about it since I didn’t select it during checkout. Also, I just purchased a sweatshirt and the website didn’t save my address and automatically put the last address I used for both billing and shipping (I had sent a gift to a friend but didn’t use her address as billing) which made no sense. Then I contacted support and they said they wouldn’t do anything despite the order happening not even 12 hours earlier. Very useless support team and questionable site performance.
