The overall experience was extremely positive. The sofa bed arrived earlier than expected, but Emily was happy to store it until our home was finished.
The delivery team was very professional, taking the time to ensure we understood how the extension mechanism worked and giving us space to thoroughly inspect the item and confirm we were satisfied.
