Ordered a couch that was described as real leather - when it arrived in a destroyed box, it turned out it was largely faux leather. When confronting the seller, they modified the website and tried to pretend it had always said "real leather on contact surfaces only" (it didn't - we had taken screenshots). They then tried to take a large return fee as part of their "policy" despite delivering a product that materially deviated from the description.”

“I purchased the Abigail Coffee table, and the product quality is not what I expected, as a designer it's not how I thought it would be and was extremally glossy in person (very plastic) . When I brought this up with customer service, the advisor, Emily, was extremely ignorant and unhelpful. I was undergoing chemotherapy and couldn't chase this up earlier unfortunately.
