This has been one of the worst online purchases I’ve ever made. The sofa arrived months late, with zero communication from the seller during the delay. When it finally did turn up, the box was damaged and parts were missing. As for the sofa itself — incredibly disappointing. The cushions are flat and uncomfortable, the fabric feels cheap, and the frame creaks every time you sit down. One leg didn’t fit properly, and the stitching is already coming undone after just a few weeks. I contacted customer service, but they were slow, dismissive, and offered no real help. Looks nice in pictures, but don’t be fooled — poor quality, awful service, and definitely not worth the money.
