“Bought an item and was told it was out of stock, then got re-sent the wrong item. After being asked to re-pack have now been told it cannot be returned. Feels a lot like a scam.”

Ordered a couch that was described as real leather - when it arrived in a destroyed box, it turned out it was largely faux leather. When confronting the seller, they modified the website and tried to pretend it had always said "real leather on contact surfaces only" (it didn't - we had taken screenshots). They then tried to take a large return fee as part of their "policy" despite delivering a product that materially deviated from the description.”
“I purchased the Abigail Coffee table, and the product quality is not what I expected, as a designer it's not how I thought it would be and was extremally glossy in person (very plastic) . When I brought this up with customer service, the advisor, Emily, was extremely ignorant and unhelpful. I was undergoing chemotherapy and couldn't chase this up earlier unfortunately. She repeatedly dismissed my concerns and clearly didn’t care. I am appalled and disgusted by their service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are unhelpful and discriminatory. When they delivered the table, they left it outside my house with nails poking out and I have never experienced this before. I raised all of this and the same '14 days only' kept coming up despite knowing my circumstances and what I was going through. DISGUSTING!”
