I’m a bit surprised by the negative reviews—my experience has been very positive with both sofas I purchased. In fact, I’m glad I didn’t see the reviews beforehand, as I might have decided not to buy them, which would’ve been a shame. Customer service, especially from Emily, was excellent—responsive and helpful. One of the sofas was delivered the very next day, which was a pleasant surprise. The second one took longer as it was made to order, which I completely understand. The delivery was also handled professionally—the person who delivered the sofas, who also turned out to be the warehouse manager, was courteous and efficient. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.
