Your little fake chat applet really sucks. It is clearly automated, even though you imply a "live" chat. After you describe your issue in the fake chat session, it immediately asks for an email address that you claim will be used to email you a resolution for your issue. What actually happens is that you then sell that email address and use to spam customers. You claim that someone will contact you via email to "resolve" the issue that you opened the chat session for, but I never received any response regarding my issue, but I did IMMEDIATELY start getting unwanted spam. I will never do business with Ritded again, and would encourage anyone to steer clear of this morally corrupt organization.
