I received a link to download a file, which I did. When I tried to run the file to install it, i was asked to burn the file onto a CD. When I explained this to Amber (customer service rep) I was then provided with another link with instructions to "you just need to download the free tool Pismo, and then go on with mount ISO file to virtual disk, and install" All theses steps seem much too complicated. So when I reached out to Amber to help resolve the issue or refund my purchase my emails were not responded to.
