Has anyone found a quality products like Ritual Cosmetics? I too, have had trouble with payment. Customer Service recommended getting their app which doesn't load. Last time I order their products, I was told use Chrome instead of Safari. I was on the phone with a rep for over an hour to process my payment. This time I have to wait for someone from Holland to email back to me. I have given up and am looking for alternatives. Their customer service is anti-service and is an
obstacle toward purchases.
