The worst customer experience ever I have never tried the brand and ordered 500 dollars worth of gifts for my team that was due to arrive within 3-5 days. Not only has it not arrived but now they are saying orders are delayed for another 10 days. So my team that is visiting from HK will not be able to get the gifts because they are leaving tomorrow. Pathetic

I’ve bought from Rituals in store before without issue, but this was my first online order and it was awful due to their delivery partner Yodel. Ordered on 3rd November with delivery scheduled for 5th November. After three failed deliveries over eight days and Yodel completely ignoring my instructions about when to deliver, the parcel was returned without consultation. To Rituals’ credit, they processed a refund and offered a £10 gesture. However, this doesn’t solve the fundamental problem: Yodel is unreliable and has poor customer service. When I raised this with Rituals, they didn’t address whether they’re reviewing this partnership. Looking at other reviews here, it’s obvious that a significant portion of Rituals’ poor ratings stem directly from Yodel’s delivery failures. This is a recurring problem that Rituals needs to address. I’m reordering the same product but selecting click and collect instead because I have zero confidence in Yodel delivering properly. If you order from Rituals for home delivery, be prepared for potential delivery failures. Use click and collect if available to avoid the hassle entirely.

I asked în the shop for invoice and it has been over one month now that I am writting again and again via emails and whatsapp messages to request the invoice and still no answer. Very bad experience! Awfull customer service!

First time shopper in store at Telford Shropshire, what a fabulous experience Jordan welcomed us into the store and explained the products and company mission they helped me choose a scent then try each product in the range they are “gorgeous” my skin is so soft and smells amazing. Thank you Jordan I will definitely be back xx

Lotuss was incredibly helpful and made my visit a great experience. Rituals has always been my favorite store for scents, I’m constantly amazed by the new products and often recommend them to friends. That’s why I was really disappointed to hear that the Ritual of Mehr might be discontinued. It’s not only my favorite scent, but also the very first one I ever purchased from Rituals. I truly hope it stays in the collection.

Its really weird for me how rituals fake advertise. On the red packages, they say that they use indian rose and sweet almond oil. In reality they are using damascena rose flower oil which is from Karlovo, Bulgaria. Its the most expensive rose oil in the world and one of the best herbs. I saw that there was no indian rose, only the Bulgarian Damascena. If we stopped producing this oil, what would they use then? What would the smell be?

If I could give a minus rating, I absolutely would. I ordered 3 large shower foams, 2 big scrubs, and a cream from the new Dream collection a week ago – I was really excited to try them. Instead, I received a completely wrong order: two small Ayurveda gift sets and a hand sanitizer. I reached out to every possible contact – Rituals customer care, Apparel Group, even the Instagram page. After three days, I finally got a reply from Rituals support, but only asking me to confirm what I received – no apology, no explanation. I answered right away, confirming everything, and since then? Nothing. No follow-up, no refund, no correct items. Just total silence. Honestly, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Very disappointed with Rituals Middle East.

My Niece and I were in Rituals DCC brancr and assisted by Ms. Dhrati ( i am not sure if it is correct). She was very sweet and helpful. She was so patient until I was able to accept my app. I am very happy with her assistance.

Rituals - Deira City Centre in Dubai, UAE is superb. Their sales associate Dritha is friendly and made sure that I had the best experience shopping in Rituals. Kudos!!

Ordered 3 bottles of shower gel online from USA. Received 3 bottles but contents of one identical looking bottle contained an unknown substance. Reported issue via web site, local USA telephone, Netherlands telephone , and WhatsApp and all I got was automated replies and no results. These stores are going out of business in the USA and likely going out of business as well. Good luck Rituals. Never again.

I had a lovely experience at the rituals shop at Clark’s village somerset, I was helped by two lovely ladies Tamsin and Lee they were both so welcoming and made my trip very enjoyable, I bought room spray and the diffuser set which is absolutely fantastic, I will certainly visit the shop again and would thoroughly recommend it.

Customer service were so kind in solving my issue, they went out of their way to make sure I would get the best help I could. Although it took a little while before my issue was solved, they continuously updated me in the process, and the well seserve rhe 5 stars for their excellent service minded approach. Especially a woman named Chantal ⭐️

I recently ordered from Rituals, expecting to receive six items, including a shower gel and its matching body lotion, plus a promotional gift set for spending over £45. After confirming the full order, they removed the body lotion and the gift set without consulting me, leaving the order incomplete. I reached out via every channel—WhatsApp, email, phone, and their website—requesting to cancel the order since I don’t need a shower gel without the lotion. They ignored my cancellation request, only replying once with a 10% discount offer, which doesn’t resolve the issue. This experience has been disappointing, and I would not—and will not—buy from this company again.

Lovely products and usually very nice staff, special mention to Leeds city ctre and Ondara shopping ctre Spain, sooo nice. Luton airport on the other hand….minimal interest in product or customer. No enthusiasm there, v disappointing
