If I could give a minus rating, I absolutely would. I ordered 3 large shower foams, 2 big scrubs, and a cream from the new Dream collection a week ago – I was really excited to try them. Instead, I received a completely wrong order: two small Ayurveda gift sets and a hand sanitizer. I reached out to every possible contact – Rituals customer care, Apparel Group, even the Instagram page. After three days, I finally got a reply from Rituals support, but only asking me to confirm what I received – no apology, no explanation. I answered right away, confirming everything, and since then? Nothing. No follow-up, no refund, no correct items. Just total silence. Honestly, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Very disappointed with Rituals Middle East.
