I normally go here to buy charcoal. The BBQ part of the shop is very well stocked with a great selection of bbqs, accessories and seasonings. Unfortunately the website has a very strange transaction process if you want to click and collect. First you have to select delivery, then enter a discount code. Then change the delivery mode to collection. I ordered my products for collection and went to pick it up straight away as I needed it then only to be told it had left on the couriers delivery van. I had no choice but to buy another bag.
