Poor customer service. Paid for next day delivery but did not receive. When I emailed this fact, the reply was dismissive and quoted Ts & Cs. Had to make a phone call and still wasn’t offered any compensation until I asked. I was then begrudgingly refunded the huge sum of £1.51. This was my first order and it will definitely be my last, which is your loss. The customer service department needs lessons on how to give good customer service.
