Ordered from Riverside before with no problems.
My last order arrived looking like it had been used as the football in the school playground, Luckily only a jar smashed (wife cleaned up before taking a picture, we have a 2 year old) so no replacement.
Order was 9 days later than i was told, was never informed it would be late.
Customer service unhelpful.
Luckily my package was just charcoal, jars and rubs. Imagine if this was something expensive!
