Terrible customer service. Bought wrong size wanted an exchange. Rude replies. And even had the cheek to not refund the whole amount - cost me £15 to return and then they deducted £12 from my credit.
I wanted to use a business that may have appreciated a large sale in this climate but after care appalling - no wonder Amazon are doing so well.
