2 stars although I know they are only agents for Weber, spent a lot of money on the product but when it arrived and was unpacked the amount of damage and missing items was unreal, obviously a return from customer, Riverside did act quickly and arranged for new parts to arrive (not here yet)
But I would of expected Weber to have a QC before re despatching.
I would only give Weber 1 star due to the poor condition received this.
