Ordered a Weber griddle from this company and it arrived with no packaging other than the branded Weber box. The box was badly damaged and torn, very disappointing as this was to have been a birthday present. I raised this with the support department only to be told I would have to return the griddle at my own cost to get a replacement. Whilst I understand that the company doesn't want to waste money on packing materials, when something arrives looking like it was bought in a second hand shop, a better solution should be found and not at the customer expense!
