I very recently purchased a Master Touch BBQ and true to their word it was delivered the very next day and I eagerly unpacked it only to be very disappointed. I found no less than four faults appertaining to the bowl. 1. legs could not be fitted due to rough metal (running down inside the socket. 2. the handle was bent to one side meaning plastic? handle not fitting. 3. vent not fully closing. 4. the holes that the sprung plunger comes through would line up only if the flat part of the leg (where the wheels abut) to was positioned at an angle. Have Riverside any control over supplier/quality? The faulty bowl is in the process of being replaced by Weber. This BBQ is not cheap and I feel I should have expected better.
