Excellent products, great telephone service but let down by one of their logistics partners…Palletways.
Turned up in 3.5 tonne curtain sided truck, no pallet trolley, asked me to help lift 95kg off which I refused. Got a builder working close by to help and then dumped it outside my front door and left.
Complete contrast to FedEx who delivers parasol and took it to back garden!
