This review is belated as I have been away. Weeding my inbox, I found this request to 'rate Riverside out of 5' - so thought I'd give it.
In August 2023 I purchased a gift card. There was an issue with not being able to use previously accumulated points to contribute to the purchase. I rang Riverside and was asked to email the manager explaining the issue. I did so on 20/08/23 and got an email reply the same day advising the manager would get back to me
I chased it up on 08/09/2023 and still await a response....
