Ordered a Weber BBQ from Riverside on 1st May. Dipatched on 3d May. Received on 14th May.
Communication with both Riverside and Courier (DX) was appalling.
Emails, if responded to took at least 2 days.
Phone line, giving a six option menu, brought you to same person who would only answer questions she wanted to anwer thus if you selected "2" for BBQ's she would only answer questions regarding sales.
Selecting "6" for any other queries, the same person would not answer qustions relating to courier!!
DX Express (the couriers) only answered emails with unhelpful information like "contact your goods supplier".
Overall, thoroughly unimpressed
