Ordered bbq and cover 21.05.24, no tracking facility, queried, advised not working atm.
Item showed shipped up to 04.06.24, email received goods delivered. Queried as not received.
Long story short, no idea where items were problem with courier, was offered opportunity to choose an alternative product or refund.
Chose refund. Money paid back 06.06.24. Matter closed. Telephone number to contact on website incorrect regarding delivery of orders/customer services, needs updating.
Staff were helpful but due to no tracking facility relied on information received from the courier and weren't unable to verify as correct.
