This will be our 9th BBQ course at Riverside. Chef Tarrant Ablett has recently taken over running the majority of the courses. We did the seafood course with him recently and it was excellent. Tarrant is an exceptional instructor, I'd recommend a BBQ course with him to anyone, it's a great day out. I'd also like to add that all of the other staff that work at Riverside are also very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and can't do enough to help you!
