Riverside almost impossible to contact on phone with up to 30 mins waiting !!
Once connected the staff are very polite and helpful but the phone system needs attended as frustrated customers will not necessarily be in good mood
My product from Weber for cooking kebabs in my rotisserie had a manufacturing fault on second use !!
It took me three phone calls ( long waiting time and twice no answer ) four emails and three separate ladies before I was awarded a replacement
Hope this helps others in future !!
