Disappointed with the delivery of the item and general customer service (Weber BBQ Traveller). I ended up cancelling the order. Ordered on a Tuesday at around 10:30am with 1-3 day delivery August 2024. I waited until the following Saturday (day 4) to contact Riverside to ask why I had not received my item. I was told the BBQ had been dispatched and was due for delivery Monday coming. I asked them if it would definitely be delivered Monday as I was going on holiday that day after (BBQ intended purchase purpose). They assured me it would and meaning I did not need a backup plan. Monday came and went without delivery. I rang mid-afternoon Monday to Riverside and got a new person who said the item had only been dispatched Friday and would be due for delivery on Wednesday (8 day delivery). To late, not the quoted delivery, and not the delivery I was quoted on my chase up call which left me scratching around for a BBQ last minute for our family holiday! Not impressed at all!
Only credit to them was the fast refunded on my cancelled order.
