My bbq arrived damaged in the box. Riverside put me in touch with Weber, who arranged to send a replacement lid. I had to chase this order as i'd not received anything, and it turns out the part is out of stock until December. So Weber are now apparently sending me a replacement BBQ. My order, delivery and price of the item, all within Riversides control, was great. Its just frustrating that ive no BBQ a couple of weeks on, though i cant hold Riverside responsible for the damaged item.
