5missing parts from Weber BBQ that cost +£700. Initially excellent customer service but have heard nothing from Riverside since 23/07 despite sending chase up e-mail. So have a very expensive BBQ that has 5 missing parts but Riverside were quick enough to take my money! I am aware that the problem lies with Weber but it would be nice to be kept updated and more importantly to have e-mails acknowledged!!!
