The item (a small barbecue) was a good price, cheapest I could find on the net. It arrived in good order and delivery was prompt. I bought this item as a Christmas present for my husband. I assumed (clearly wrongly) that it would arrive in an anonymous brown box, like Amazon does. No, it arrived in a box emblazoned with the item branding and, just to make sure everyone knew what was in the box, a large picture. Just to re-iterate this was a Christmas present and therefore intended as a surprise. Fortunately and by mere chance, the delivery people delivered to the wrong address and my neighbour called around to tell me it had arrived. Fortunately again, I opened the door as she announced, "your barbecue has arrived!" Riverside are not responsible for the packaging presumably, but a heads up on the web site would be welcome. This all said, I would order from them again, as price, quality and speed are excellent.
