Did not deliver on day, and was not told of this. Had to make several calls to find out what was going on. Agreed a later delivery which was not met. Delivery was made eventually with no one present, and the package was left outside in the snow. We did not know the package had been delivered. Had to look outside the property to find it. The packaging was in a sodden and wet condition. I am at a loss to understand how a package of this value can be delivered in such a way and no one was present to sign and take delivery.
