My Weber Spirit BBQ was delivered without issue, but the cover I also ordered was missing.
I contacted Riverside about the issue and it was resolved quickly.
I would use Riverside again in the future, and their prices were very competitive (especially with the promotion on Weber items at the time I was looking to buy).
