Riverside service was good
I had a real problem with DPD and delivery of item. They failed to follow through with delivery insructions. I finally received the item by picking it up at a local DPD drop off centre.
The time in involved with phone calls to DPT proved totally unsuccessful. Riverside intervened otherwise i wonder if i would have ever received the item
