Product is Good , looks well made at a good price . However your customer service were not aware that DPD delivered on a Saturday and a Sunday and would not phone them to chase up a missing delivery . Only at my most insistance would they phone . Goods then arrived too late on our Departure Date mid day Monday to Ullswater for sailing . They should have arrived on Sat . Still look forward to using the BBQ in future
