I received an email from Riverside to say that my parcel would be delivered on the 31st August - however DPD did not deliver my parcel until the 4th September! I did not get a message from DPD to say it was being delivered on that day, as the parcel was put on the van at the last minute and was not entered into the computer system. Otherwise I have been very pleased with the service from Riverside.
