Customer service was excellent and products were dispatched within the expected time frame! Thank you.
There were some issues with delivery but I appreciate this was outside of riverside’s control.
Some accessories, when bought separately, get packaged within the main item’s box which I was unaware of. Therefore I ended up chasing what appeared to be a missing item. I would recommend this practice is made clearer to customers to save any possible confusion.
