I had excellent service from Riverside, but the delivery let things down, I was to have a Sunday delivery and waited for my slot , but the email never came and I didn’t hear from carrier, I called Riverside and they were very apologetic, the parcel came the next day but I had to stay in two days which was a pain.! I asked Riverside for some compensation, which they said they would look into, but I have never heard back
