Well organised website, a good product range and next day delivery on many items. Their sales support team answered the phone quickly and appeared to be efficient, but I had to ring back because an item (green Alexander Rose steamer chair cushions in olefin fabric) that they said would soon reappear on their website did not reappear even after a week. Not sure whether fault was with Alexander Rose or Riverside as the sales assistant had told me that she had spoken to Alexander Rose who would be supplying more cushions soon.
