very quick service with one major issue - delivery information. After order accepted, day before delivery, emailed that it will only be to kerbside. Driver will not take pallet across gravel. This would be OK, but driver arrived in 45 foot HGV which could not get down our driveway, which happens to be gravel. The lorry is too big to make domestic deliveries. Fortunately, driver did move the pallet along the drive and all ended OK - only thanks to him. This needs to be clearer at time of order or it needs to come on a smaller lorry - we do not usually have problems and have had big construction vehicles to our house over numerous years.
